導引混元功|系統介紹

導引混元功是一套源自中國傳統養生氣功的身心調理方法,
透過「調心、調身、調息」三大核心練習,
協助練習者達到氣血調和、經絡暢通與身心平衡的狀態。

Daoyin Hunyuan Gong | System Introduction
Daoyin Hunyuan Gong is a body-mind conditioning method originating from traditional Chinese health-preserving qigong.

Through three core exercises—"regulating the mind, regulating the body, and regulating the breath"—it helps practitioners achieve a state of harmonious qi and blood, unobstructed meridians, and physical and mental balance.


什麼是氣功?

氣功(炁功)被視為一種傳統保健與養生方法,
其目標在於:

  • 調理經絡
  • 調和氣血
  • 強身健體

並透過身體動作、呼吸與意念的整合,
幫助身心回到平衡狀態。

What is Qigong?

Qigong (炁功) is considered a traditional health and wellness method.

Its goals are:

Regulating the meridians

Harmonizing qi and blood

Strengthening the body

And through the integration of physical movement, breathing, and intention

Helping the body and mind return to a balanced state.


導引混元功的三大核心

① 三調原則

也就是氣功修練的基礎:

  • 調整心念
  • 調整動作
  • 調整氣息

三者同步運作,才能真正進入氣功狀態。


② 導引概念

強調與外在能量的連結,包括:

  • 引用大自然能量
  • 傳播正向能量
  • 協助更多人改善身心狀態

👉 重點是「引動與流動」。


③ 混元機制

「混元」在氣功中指的是——
人體元氣與宇宙氣場的交流與融合。

當混元機制建立後,
練習者被認為能持續補充能量、提升整體生命力。

The Three Core Elements of Daoyin Hunyuan Gong

① The Three Principles of Adjustment
This is the foundation of qigong practice:

Adjusting the mind

Adjusting the movements

Adjusting the breath
Only when these three operate simultaneously can one truly enter a qigong state.

② The Concept of Guiding
Emphasizing connection with external energy, including:

Using the energy of nature

Spreading positive energy

Helping more people improve their physical and mental state

👉 The key is "guiding and flowing".

③ Hunyuan Mechanism

In Qigong, "Hunyuan" refers to the exchange and fusion of the body's vital energy (Qi) with the cosmic energy field.

Once the Hunyuan mechanism is established,
the practitioner is believed to be able to continuously replenish energy and enhance overall vitality.
